EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
(GLOBAL TRANSACTION SERVICES UNIT)

1 Position

Responsibilities

  • To prepare and ensure instructions for Trade Settlement are submitted to Sub-custodians, Financial Institutions and Counterparties on or before the settlement date.
  • To prepare and ensure instructions for Fund Transfer are submitted to Sub-custodians and Financial Institutions on or before the value date.
  • To prepare and ensure all required documents and instruction letter for the opening of accounts with Foreign Brokers and Financial Institutions are submitted within the time line.
  • To prepare and ensure Stock Reconciliations and Quarterly Report to Bank Negara Malaysia are submitted within the time line.
  • To check daily payment listing and ensure submission to Unit Trust Management Companies on the same day.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Business Study / Economics and other related courses from a recognized university / college.
  • At least 2 to 3 years working experience with Trustee Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Required Skill:
    • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to deliver a detailed and thorough job output
    • Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Writing Skills
    • Analytical Skills
EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
(DEBT CAPITAL MARKET & TRUSTS UNIT)

1 Position

Responsibilities

  • To monitor and ensure all covenants as stipulated in the Trust Deed are met by the Issuers.
  • To manage and operate designated trust accounts according to the provisions of the Transactions Documents.
  • To consult the Issuer and other third parties in relation to the issuance of the debenture and any arising matters from time to time.
  • To monitor and manage the operations of the Trust/Administrator account (other than private debt securities).
  • To coordinate and assist in the conduct of Meetings of debenture holders, other meetings or events conducted by Issuers/Arranger/Holders.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Degree / Professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance / Business Law and/or other related courses from a recognized university / college.
  • At least one (1) year working experience with Trustee Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Required Skill:
    • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to deliver a detailed and thorough job output
    • Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
