AmanahRaya Uses Your Personal Information
AmanahRaya uses the personal information provided by clients to prepare
wills, to administer trusts and administer deceaseds estates,
to manage people’s affairs pursuant to a Will and to manage
legacies. AmanahRaya may also use clients’ personal information for
marketing purposes provided they have given AmanahRaya their written
consent to do so.

Responsibilities
AmanahRaya
must ensure that the personal information it collects and uses
is relevant, not excessive, up to date and complete. Your personal
information must be kept private. This means that only certain
people within AmanahRaya can have access to that information and that
it can only be passed on to other people or organizations in
restricted circumstances. AmanahRaya stores all personal information
in paper or computer files and must ensure that all such information
is stored securely.
AmanahRaya
will use your personal information for the purpose for which
it was provided. AmanahRaya may not disclose your personal information
to another person or organization without your specific written
consent unless compelled by law or it is in the public’s interest
to disclose that information.
Governing
Law and Jurisdiction
Any
disputes arising from, or in connection with the service shall
be construed under the laws of Malaysia and the clients and
AmanahRaya hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian
Courts.
