Are Malaysian aware of the importance of Will?

Generally the level of Malaysians awareness with respects to the importance of Will is relatively very low. This is evident from the fact that 90% of Malaysians currently not having a Will .

However with the growing awareness amongst the public on the need for financial planning as exemplified by the burgeoning financial planning industry and aggressive educational / promotional activities undertaken by Will Writing service providers, the awareness index on the importance of Wills is believed to be climbing up.

Supported with the growing awareness, ARB foresees that in the medium term the level of readiness of the Malaysians community in preparing a Will will pick up.
